All of the before mentioned goals are realized through the three interventions we envisage in the northeast quadrant of the city, through the following three interventions.
INTERVENTION 1 - TRANSFORMATION OF ABANDONED FACILITY INTO A CULTURAL CENTER: With this intervention, we activate the neighborhood center of "Osichka Maala." Given the excellent lighting conditions in this existing space, it offers the opportunity to house a library, a reading room, a restaurant, and a gallery space, where artworks from the artistic colonies that characterize the city can be exhibited. INTERVENTION 2 - ARTISTIC STUDIO WITH ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY: With this intervention, we engage with the neighborhood center in "Osichka Maala," utilizing the abundant resources of these spaces to foster the development of art therapy. This includes the potential for working in nature, serving as an inspirational motif for the artists who constitute our primary target group.
INTERVENTION 2 - THE ARTISTIC PATHWAY: A connection between the first two interventions that also serves a utilitarian purpose, facilitating the circulation of resources acquired and utilized for the purpose of sustaining the proposed spaces.
